Miktex Installation Permission Denied
There is a lot of comments in it, especially concerning the aspect of rights!! Most of it works on 9X, NT, 2K and XP though some parts haven't been fully tested on all OS's yet (see the notes inside). According to this http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/317012 an impersonating user actually uses Default User directory and runs as NETWORK SERVICE.
