Edit 2: I have tried the workaround here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/957639 and I am still getting the same error. Did you try from other LANs (maybe just connecting the device to a home-router or something like that)? The strange thing is that while I can ping from my desktop machine to the eBox I cannot ping from my eBox to my desktop machine.
