I found out that my other disks (partitions) automatically disappeared from my computer and only showing C disk. Windows 7 is installed normally to the second partition, placing its booting files onto the first partition (similar to the default method used by Windows 7 when installing to an unpartitioned p.s. The reason you can't see the OS from the RE is because it looks at the boot partition to get this info.
