I can even start IE and Outlook Express this way and get to Internet and my email. Are any of these known to be problematic? I get this pop-up, the screen goes blue for a couple seconds, then explorer is gone. These are all good suggestions, but none of them worked. No idea how to do that as web searches have come up empty - or maybe this becomes obvious once I install the correct debugging tools??? An error log is being created.
