If not, you may have to open the case and see if you can find the manufacturer's name and model number on the Motherboard. You could try the recovery CD and see if it will do the job.

i talked to somone and he said RAM is ram, it just makes yoru computer faster, it shouldn't matter HOW MUCH RAM DO YOU THINK I'LL NEED FOR a computer running It's sometimes right in the middle of the board, others are printed on the edge of the board. An installation CD for Win98 would be ok too, if your system bios is set to boot from CD. my virus checker hasn't been updated for amonth, and since i can't go on the internet, it's not too helpful at all, at least i think so i'm not too sure...
