How to solve "Another application has exclusive access to the file" gracefully? Automate. Where I can send for the uninstall and within 30-40 seconds, kill the task in order for the uninstall to complete. As Steve just said above this is happening on all of the various OS's because it is AC herself that is installing an older and not cooperative, does not play well
