I should note that sometime before I had been having a WMIprvse problem, which alone was running at between 25 or 40% of CPU and this only stopped when I disabled I haven't been able run Malwarebytes or any other windows diagnostics software because Explorer keeps crashing every 10 minutes. Does anyone have a solution to share? I suspect it was #5 trimming the startup files and non-microsoft 3rd party Services and Tools using MSCONFIG.
