Now the log on page is all greyed out and I cannot change it back. I’ve tried MS Fix it, and everything else including everything that you’ve written but I either run up against the failure to access or access denied, in my repair/replacement efforts. If Installer service or any other service starts after making RPC to run on local system then it confirms that there is a permission issue. I have updated the post.
