For those not familiar with this tool (I learned about it in one of the "microsoft.public." newsgroups myself), it is located at C:\Windows\system32\SnippingTool.exe.

again appreciate the time you guys have took to try to help!! I have checked and all of my windows updates are current. When I attempt to print email while in Windows Live Mail, I get a script error which says "A error has occurred in the script on this page" URL: res://ieframe.dll/preview:js It I did theregsvr32 Ole32.dll in the command promts and it made no difference, it did say it was successful but it didn't help with the printing.
