Thanks for confirming the settings are correct from the Help & Support section, that helps us rule that out. This is still in use for this purpose despite having been removed as an official IANA port use some time ago.It's official use is for SSM. If you did install that patch, then I would suggest a reinstall of Live Mail Apart from the Outlook.com problem, WLM will continue to work, as previously, in all functions. Thanks!
