I did/do not have any sort of alternative login software like a fingerprint reader of face recognition software or Truster Rapport installed. I do not have any Media center certificates located under "Certificates (Local Computer)\Personal". After you remove the certificate, uninstall the Extender, and then restart the Extender setup.
