It's got to be one or more of the updates installed (pre-wipe I had not installed many updates). It seems that all players, with the exception of WMP stutter and pixalate when trying to play those files, but the sound comes through great (PCM). I fixed it by going into "playback devices -> configure -> then changing from 5.1 to stereo. Keep the good work!
