It's Android and iPhones who do an incomplete check of server certificate time validity. I tried converting it to .p7b. I have installed the certificate on the phone but when you sync gives the error 85002028 "Windows Phone Your server does not support this version. Configure new outlook settings and it starts working fine. Contact a support person or your service provider.
